I specialize in making a memory more than just a meal. Some people collect things, others collect experiences. Food is social and eating is life. Why not hire me to create a menu that exceeds your expectations and is unique for your party-guests?! I like to compliment and pair contrasting flavors with both unique and comfort foods. I have over 20 years of cooking experience, serving guests of 2 (Anniversary dinners) up to teams serving 3,000 people. Whoa! I have access to sexy Wagyu and quality fresh seafood! Average dinners are 4 courses starting out at $108 per person. We can add-on signature cocktails, charcuterie boards to feed the masses, and the best bacon wrapped dates you can savor. Ask about Brunch and Bloody Mary’s charcuterie in a glass. Each course comes out separately than the last, so people can mingle and jingle without feeling too stuff’t. We try to leave the place cleaner than when we found it and we can accommodate special menu requests or restrictions.
